Great Lord,
As I breathe in, fill me with your grace. May I draw in the knowledge of your presence and the courage that should come with taking on the name of Christ. As my lungs expand, may my wisdom expand as you fill me with your love and the knowledge of you.
As I breathe out, may I send forth the wisdom and knowledge of you to others. May I exhale and release all the love and compassion I am holding inside. May the stress, worry and concern pour out of me and leave me with nothing but the grace you fill me with.
May I remember this with every breath.
