Holy and Awesome God--
You move in ways unexpected, ways unknown, ways we are unprepared for. May your Spirit speak to me and help me understand your will. I am constantly struggling against you, trying to gain some foothold so I might achieve my own ambitions. Quiet my soul and remind me of your eternal goodness and grace. Linger near so I will feel and know your presence and be made calm. You are everything good and hopeful in my life; guide my feet so that my walk will spell out a devotion to you.
