Everlasting God,
You are the one true rock to which I cling. You have created me, and set me in this place. You have led my feet to this place, and now, recognizing your presence around me, I bow upon the earth you have created. I lower my head to the ground and lift my heart in humble submission to all that you are. Without you I would not be; with you I am a disciple, a servant, faithful to the end. When my mouth speaks, may it speak words of delight in your creation, in your guidance, in your providence, in your love, in you and you alone. May I be an empty torrent of mindless actions, but rather a source of reflection of your light, one who guides others and points to your faithful presence. You are my rock and redeemer; may all that I do and say give glory and praise to you, my everlasting God.
Amen.
